May 25, 2010: Dr. Jerome Dobson spoke on the importance of geography to foreign affairs. Dr. Dobson was a 2009 Jefferson Science Fellow and Senior Scientist in the Office of the Geographer and Global Issues in the Bureau of Intelligence and Research.
